Annabelle Rama’s interview with Showbiz Central right after Ruffa’s walkout from The Buzz
Pia Guanio interviews Annabelle Rama right after Ruffa Gutierrez’ walk out from The Buzz. If Annabelle finds Kris’ comments hurtful, I dont know what to call her comments on Noynoy.

Kris Aquino apologizes to Ruffa and Annabelle
Kris Aquino issues an apology to Ruffa Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama for the hurt that she caused that prompted Ruffa’s walk out during last Sunday’s The Buzz. In her statement she said, “I would like to extend a loving hug to Ruffa. I viewed the tape & although I still feel I gave my comment w/ affection, maybe it made her feel even worse because she’s now moving in a new direction,”
“It is w/ Ruffa that I enjoyed a healthy working relationship with & I only have good words to say about her. To Ruffa, I sincerely apologize for causing u hurt. My brother Noynoy would like to add that we live in a democracy, one where we are very free to make our own choice for president.”
Ruffa Gutierrez walked out of The Buzz due to Kris Aquino
During March 7’s episode of the Buzz, Ruffa Gutierrez walked out of the show after Kris Aquino’s comments regarding Ruffa’s transfer to another network. According to Ruffa’s mother, Annabelle Rama, Ruffa was deeply hurt by Kris’ comments and was crying in her dressing room. Annabelle then told Ruffa to leave the show and even went on to be interviewed by rival network, GMA’s Showbiz central. Annabelle also urged the public not to vote for Noynoy Aquino. At this point, you might just wonder what their ulterior motives are and how much were they paid to pull off this stunt. While I do agree that sometimes Kris butts in while Ruffa talks, Annabelle should not have dragged Noynoy into the issue.
Autism study linking MMR vaccines to autism retracted
The Lancet medical journal formally retracted a paper on Tuesday that caused a 12-year international battle over links between the three-in-one childhood MMR vaccine and autism.
The paper, published in 1998 and written by British doctor Andrew Wakefield, suggested the combined measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) shot might be linked to autism and bowel disease.
His assertion, since widely discredited, caused one of the biggest medical rows in a generation and led to a steep drop in the number of vaccinations in the United States, Britain and other parts of Europe, prompting a rise in cases of measles.
“It has become clear that several elements of the 1998 paper by Wakefield … are incorrect,” the internationally renowned scientific journal said in a statement.
